• Activity: your daily check-ins, habit completions, chat messages with your buddy, progress logs
• Device info: basic technical info needed to deliver the app

• To personalize your wellness plan and the responses from your AI buddy
• To send you the reminders you opt into
• To improve the app

WHAT WE DON'T DO

• We never sell your data to anyone, ever
• We don't share your individual data with advertisers
• We don't share your medical info with third parties

YOUR DATA, YOUR CONTROL

• You can request deletion of your account and all data anytime (email us)
• You can edit your profile at any time
• You can turn off notifications anytime

AI PROCESSING

• Your messages and profile are processed by Anthropic's Claude AI to generate personalized responses
• Anthropic does not train models on your individual data when accessed via API
